Inexpensive neon colored leotards? - neon color leotards
Halloween chicks are training my friends and I are still "80's" and we are in desperate need of neon-colored tights, which are not expensive. Websites or stores would be great:)

American Apparel. or try dance stores, they always have crazy things.
Wet Seal had. Not so long.
They have bright colors. My sister bought a neon green.
