How do you secure or lock a roof rack bike carrier from theft? - bike carrier rack

I bought this bike Swagman roof rack suitable for most factory-installed bicycle racks or roof of an SUV. The problem is, how can I build on my car against theft? It is probably only 10-15 minutes to remove a rack, but do not make me better leave my roof bars on my car on a public parking lot or on street parking. It will probably take about 20 minutes, until it is installed on my roof rack and each time the pains I get on my bike. I walk about 3-4 times a week, so it's a pain.
